opportunities for members to meet and build relationships
with other members, facilitate networking and promote
knowledge dissemination in our region.

the growth of a world-class technology infrastructure
within the Ottawa region as well as benefiting from
a range of services.
Our regular events and professional development programs
cover a broad spectrum of industries and feature expert
speakers to help our members develop and improve their
business skills.
To promote our cluster-driven economy, OCRI also manages
several industry cluster networking groups which regularly
hold networking events and are a central resource for
each industry. Recognized as Ottawa's prime economic
generators, the clusters are dedicated in bringing together
similar companies and stakeholders, to strengthen the
industry’s ability to attract employees, investment,
funding, and facilities.
In addition to cluster support, OCRI Life Sciences developed the business development networks with the goal of connecting industry, academia and government to advance the cluster’s competitiveness and to support the creation of new business ventures. The three networks available include The Ottawa Cleantech Initiative, The Medical Devices, Assistive and Convergent Technologies Network and The Ottawa Drug Discovery Network.
