Charles Perron
Partner, Deloitte

Charles Perron is the Office Managing Partner in the Ottawa office of Deloitte & Touche. Prior to this, Mr. Perron was the Regional Director of Operations for Deloitte & Touche Solutions consulting practice for Eastern Canada. 

His professional practice has focused on engagements in the areas of strategic planning, performance measurement and reporting, finance transformation / process redesign and financial assessment.  He brings extensive Public Sector. Federal Government and Private Sector experience. He has worked extensively in Ottawa’s technology community and also on a wide variety of projects in all levels of government. He has over twenty years of professional services experience.

He is a Chartered Accountant and a member of the Ontario and Québec Institutes.  Mr. Perron holds a Bachelor of Commerce, Specialization Accounting/ Cooperative programs degree from the University of Ottawa.  He is fluently bilingual.  He is a board member of the Ottawa Centre for Research and Innovation (OCRI).
